Growth capital and acquisition financeFunding introductions

What does the money need to do?

Growing the business or buying another one? You don’t need to know the product. Tell us the plan, and we’ll say plainly whether we can help.

What the capital is for

  1. Growth capital

    What it can look like

A new site, a large contract, more people or equipment: costs that arrive before the income they should bring.

    About growth capital
  2. Buying a business

    What it can look like

A competitor, a supplier or the business you already run. Usually with its own timetable and advisers.

  3. Your decision

If we know someone suitable: be introduced now, later or not at all.

  4. If you’re introduced, the specialist assesses

How it works in full

Our role

We make introductions. Specialists make the decisions.

  • What we do: Listen to what you need the money to do.

What we don’t do: Lend or invest money, run a fund or decide who is offered funding.

  • What we do: Introduce you to a suitable specialist, when we know one. Our partnerships with specialist funders are still being developed.

What we don’t do: Quote rates, approve applications or guarantee funding.

  • What we do: Tell you whether you pay anything, and whether and how we’re paid, before any introduction.

What we don’t do: Give investment advice, value your business or promise outcomes.

Bring the plan, not the paperwork.

For owners and directors

A name, a way to reply and what the money is for. That’s enough to start.
