Who we are

Kingsway Funding is operated by Torus Management Consultancy LLC, which is responsible for the details you send us. Privacy questions: hello@kingswayfunding.co.uk.

What we ask for

This website has no enquiry form of its own. If you use the enquiry or partnership form on the Kingsway Brokerage website, your enquiry goes to the central Kingsway team and is handled under that website’s privacy notice, on kingswaybrokerage.co.uk. Our links to that form tell Kingsway Brokerage only which Kingsway website you came from, as a short code; they carry nothing about you.

Enquiries made through that form, and any email enquiry we record, are kept in Zoho CRM, the customer records system Torus Management Consultancy LLC uses for the Kingsway brands, in Zoho’s data centre in the United Arab Emirates.

• If we speak, a short note of what you tell us in that first conversation.
• If you book a call, the service, appointment time and booking reference from Zoho Bookings, which may be added to your enquiry record.

Why we use it

To reply to you, to arrange a first conversation; to keep the records we need; and to keep this website secure.

We rely on legitimate interests for business-to-business service delivery, relationship management, security and relevant business marketing; on steps you ask us to take, where that applies; and on legal obligations for records we must keep. Sending an enquiry is not consent to marketing, and you can object to direct marketing at any time.

Who sees it

All Kingsway brands are operated by Torus Management Consultancy LLC and keep first enquiries in one shared customer-records system, so that whoever handles yours can see it.

We do not sell your details. Following a link to another Kingsway website shares nothing you have told us.

These providers process your details for us: Cloudflare, which hosts this website; Zoho, which holds enquiry records (Zoho CRM), carries our email (Zoho Mail) and runs any call-booking page we link to (Zoho Bookings); and Google, which holds the calendar entry and runs the Google Meet video call if you book one. We may also share details where the law requires it.

Where your details are held

Our systems may be operated or accessed in the United Kingdom, the European Economic Area, the United States and the United Arab Emirates. Zoho holds our records in its data centre in the United Arab Emirates. Where UK transfer rules apply, we use the relevant adequacy arrangement or contractual safeguards and complete any required transfer assessment. You can ask us which safeguard applies to a particular transfer.

How long we keep it

Enquiries are normally kept for up to 24 months after our last meaningful contact with you. Records of introductions, services, contracts, invoices and commission may be kept for six years. If you ask us not to contact you, we keep a minimal record for as long as we need to respect that. Security logs follow our hosting provider’s standard security-retention period.

Call-booking links

Where this website links to a page for choosing a call time, that page is Zoho Bookings. It asks for the details it needs and sends the confirmation. Choosing a time there is what makes an appointment; following the link does not, and the link carries nothing you have told us.

This website

The site sets no cookies and uses no analytics or tracking. It loads nothing from other websites.

Your rights

Depending on the circumstances, you can ask to see, correct or delete the details we hold about you, to restrict how we use them or to receive a copy, and you can object to how we use them. You can object to direct marketing at any time. Email hello@kingswayfunding.co.uk. We reply without undue delay and normally within one month.

If you are unhappy with how we have handled your details, tell us at the same address and we will look into it. You can also complain to the Information Commissioner’s Office at ico.org.uk.
